
Rich leads strategic business growth, aligning DTSV's capabilities and innovation to serve Federal customer needs. Prior to joining DTSV, he served 17 years with the Federal Government in senior roles at the Department of State, the Office of Personnel Management, and the Department of Interior, where he won numerous awards for leading acquisition, human capital, and shared services programs. Rich also worked in private industry in several information technology, consulting, business development, and P&L operations roles.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Biochemistry from Bucknell University and a joint MBA/MA in International Business from The George Washington University, and completed Executive Education programs at Harvard University Kennedy School of Government, the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business, and UVA Darden. He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and is an ACT-IAC Fellow. He lives in Northern Virginia with his wife, 4 kids, and Goldendoodle.
